Kellie colors with a variety of top-quality European products and incorporates innovative techniques using foils or the balayage technique. She also offers other services including permanent waves, hair straightening and relaxing. Kellie was one of the first stylists in San Francisco to perform Japanese Straightening/Thermal Reconditioning (TR), a unique straightening process that originated in Asia for her clients. She has developed different techniques to allow your hair to have more body and become as straight as possible. She has successfully performed TR on all hair types, from extremely curly to color-treated and highlighted hair. TR is a permanent straightening process and only new growth needs to be touched up within 4-8 months. Kellie is also one of the first Stylists in the Bay Area to perform the Brazilian Hair Straightening (BHS/BKT/BCT) service for her clients. She has had an overwhelming response and offers several different techniques to meet each client’s unique demands. Kellie provides a complete range of treatments from super-straight hair to outrageous body. Brazilian hair straightening is a temporary process that lasts between 2-4 months, depending on how often you shampoo your hair. It is safe to use on all hair types. Your natural curl will come back with time, so Brazilian straightening is beneficial for those that want to try something different without a long-term commitment.
